I will build trusting relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.  I will encourage collaborative efforts with all key stakeholders to create an environment that is conducive to academic achievement.  I will share my love of learning with all members of my school community, and I will empower students to become lifelong learners.  Together, we will create a caring school family and community who will do whatever it takes to help our MIGHTY students grow. 

As a school leader, I will teach and inspire my students through creativity and enthusiasm, as well as  assist in developing the skills needed to become lifelong learners.  Creating a positive school environment encourages all students to grow and develop through fun, challenging, and exciting learning experiences.  I set high attainable goals for all students and staff because I believe all students can achieve high academic standards, when encouraged through diverse learning opportunities.  I will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to meet the social, emotional, and academic needs of all students to ensure we are providing opportunities for growth and success.  I will strive to lead by example.  I aim to demonstrate authentic concern for all students and staff as well as maintain a safe, positive, learning environment.  I will continue to be a lifelong learner and to maintain moral, ethical, and professional characteristics while fulfilling my leadership duties.
