Hello Cougar Leaders!

I am so extremely grateful to be the Lead Teacher at Kingsway. I am passionate about helping others achieve their fullest potential and believe that ALL students are capable of learning. I come to you from Lee County where I taught for 7 years and have experience teaching grades 1, 3-5, and ESE.

I was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Elementary Education. My passion for education and serving others led me to earn a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University. I have additional certification in ESE, ESOL, and Reading.

In my free time I love to explore the outdoors, travel, and play board games. I am blessed to share my life with my husband Michael and daughter Chiara. I already feel so welcomed in the community and look forward to getting to know you and serving you as a leader. It's going to be a great year!
