Hello, there! I was born and raised in Quebec, Canada. I moved to Englewood after the 5th grade and began my academic journey in America right here at L.A. Ainger Middle School.
I have earned my Honors Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Ottawa, as well as an Associate in Arts from the University of South Florida.
Reading and writing have been my passions ever since I borrowed my first book (in English!) from the L.A. Ainger school library.
I have long been enthralled by literary theory, canon, and new discoveries—the act of research and dissemination of literature is a process that I find exhilarating.
I hope to create an environment for my students that will promote the same kind of active and participatory relationship with books and the English Language that I venerate!
