Ms. Jacqueline Bachnik

Jacqueline Bachnik joined Vineland Elementary School in 2004, following four years as an educator in New York State.  For nine years, she taught third grade, first grade and ESE inclusion at Vineland Elementary before becoming the Assistant Principal in 2014. Mrs. Bachnik served as Assistant Principal for 8 years before becoming Principal in January 2023. 
 
Jacqueline Bachnik comes from a long line of educators as her parents were also previous administrators. Jacqueline Bachnik grew up in Catskill, New York and attended elementary school there before moving to Athens, Greece. Upon her return she graduated from Troy High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Oswego in Communication Studies, her Master of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Nazareth College of Rochester and Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.
 
Mrs. Bachnik believes in a collaborative school environment as the key to creating successful relationships with teachers and students. Mrs. Bachnik strives to create strong partnerships with both parents and the community in an effort to keep an open-door policy for Vineland Elementary families. Mrs. Bachnik and her husband Frank are long time residents of the Rotonda community and strive to maintain a strong community partnership. Mrs. Bachnik has three children; two daughters’ Korryn and Avary and a son Reece. She also has two step-sons Parker and Raider.
