Welcome to Neil Armstrong Elementary’s website where you can find out all about the wonderful things we are working on with our Positive Astros! First and foremost, we would like to share our school’s vision and mission statement with you.

Our Mission: Neil Armstrong Elementary will lead by example to develop character and competence in every student.
We have high expectations for our students and want to ensure each of them become the best person they can be through building their character and competence. Character is often defined as "doing the right thing when no one is looking." At Neil Armstrong Elementary, 香港六合彩直播开奖 of the Positive Astros, we ask our students to LEAD BY EXAMPLE everywhere they go - at school, at home, in their neighborhood, at the mall, etc. Our motto has become, “Once a Positive Astro, Always a Positive Astro!”
Research shows that it is important to focus not only on learning academics, but to also focus on building strong character in children. Our Positive Astros focus on learning to have good manners, to be respectful and kind, to do thoughtful and considerate things for others, to look adults in the eye when they speak, and to be a good leader at the same time they are learning reading, math, writing, science and social studies. We are proud to be Leader in Me’s 17th Lighthouse School in the World, and we practice the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People daily. We strive to provide leadership opportunities for all of our students and to help them find their voice. This empowers them to be great leaders who know that they are in charge of their own life’s plan.
